It contains TWO ILLUSTRATED TITLES drawn and engraved by Arrivet, 10 MAPS (including 9 folding) of South America, North America (2), Martinique, Saint-Domingue (2), Guadeloupe, Cayenne and its surroundings, Louisiana, Guinea; and 12 PLATES engraved outside the text: botany, genre scenes (black king who dispenses justice, slave market, tobacco rollers, turtle fishing), fan and ship’s handle, sugar mill, indigo, etc. Interesting provenance the Musée de Marseille.
