Editor’s creme binding of paper boards with corners, black and red title on the spines, marbled paper on the sides. 

All 12 volumes have been collated and are complete. They are profusely illustrated with 1152 full page engravings (96 per volume), some of them in color, showing the main French and international creations displayed during the International Exhibition of Modern Decorative and Industrial Arts which was held in Paris, France, from April to October 1925. 

This work is divided in 36 « classes » (categories) : Architecture – Decoration – Furniture and Crafts : leather goods, ironwork, enamellers, goldsmiths, watchmakers, etc. – Textiles – Book Crafts – Games and Toys – Scientific apparatus, musical instruments – Means of transport – Ornaments – Clothing – Theater – Photography and Cinematography – Street and Garden – Teaching – Working with stone, wood, metal, ceramics, etc.

Each volume has been printed on Vergé d’Arches paper and ends with an abundant bibliographical documentation and tables.

Published by the Imprimerie Nationale, this work constitutes the official report on the 1925 Exhibition. It is a reference work on Art Deco. 

Slight shadow on the backs, some foxing on the bindings and edges (with a light extension on some margins), a few slightly damaged heads and tails of spines (notably those of the 1st volume), small foxing on the first and last 3 leaves of each volume, slightly cracked joints of volume I (without consequence), otherwise a beautiful and complete collection of this emblematic piece on the Art Deco’s most inspiring event.
