Charming graphic work, entirely handwritten, illustrated with 27 full page original drawings, in addition to the one on the cover. These drawings signed B.D. were made in black ink and enhanced with watercolor. The work depicts the daily activities of a young child named Jean (games, walks, gymnastics, meals, bedtime stories, etc.), at the beginning of the 1920s. Some scenes are “captioned” with the boy’s babbling.
Despite some small tears on the spine of the cover, this manuscript in a marked Art Deco style has retained all its freshness and has very vivid colors.
